thespaceinbetween draws on the change of use, significance and occupation a small pink bungalow, now the Wessex Jamaat Mosque, this building had formerly been a garden centre and a domestic residence. With the participation of the congregation, a selection of motifs derived from everyday objects found in the Mosque were animated in a flick book, now held in the library, to develop patterns which flow and diversify, reflecting the metamorphosis of the building. |
